Marty Harbin introduced a one-page, 18-line proposal that would require the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act to apply in Georgia. [Read here]

3. 3-year-old girl loses foot, MARTA sued. The lawsuit, filed Friday in Fulton County Superior Court, alleges that MARTA and the escalator manufacturer, Schindler Elevator Corporation, are liable because the machine wasn't maintained to be safe during the March 24, 2016, ordeal at the Vine City MARTA station. [Read here]
